The kit comes supplied with a high quality brushed chrome faucet, flexible tubing, saddle valve and a silver-impregnated carbon filter. Ready to install, the self tapping saddle valve allows you to pierce into an existing cold supply, before running the tubing directly into the filter and faucet – with no tools or plumber required. The filter cartridge supplied contains silver impregnated activated carbon to provide superior water taste, odour and appearance. Silver ions contained within the filter cartridge help to inhibit biological growth and prevent the build up of bio-film.
How Often Do I Need To Replace The Filter?
In the home the filter should be changed every 6 months. In an office setting where water usage is higher, replacing the filter every 3 months is recommended.
