1. General Terms
1.1 Route C (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) operates as a provider of transportation and travel services and is licensed by the Greek Tourism Organization, license number (ΜΗΤΕ): 1039E70000429701. The Company’s principal place of business is located in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
1.2 “Customer” refers to anyone who uses Route C after agreeing to our terms.
1.3 The scope of “Services” includes all forms of transportation, tours, and other services oriented towards customer satisfaction, provided directly by Route C or through its brokerage.
1.4 The term “Driver” refers to either an employee of Route C who performs transportation services for customers or an employee of a partner company.
2. Reservation Lead Time
Reservations for transfers require a minimum lead time of 4 hours. For booking of last minute, customers are encouraged to communicate with The Company via call/message at the Mobile Number +306989482231, or Email: info@dev-staging.site from 06:00 to 01:00. Regarding Private Tours,
The Company should be informed preferably 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time with the Driver.
3. Data Collection, Protection, and User Rights
3.1 The Company is committed to collecting and utilizing Personal Data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and optimizing the services provided, in compliance with legal standards and based on user consent.
3.2 Processing of Personal Data by The Company is aimed solely at delivering services, ensuring security, and meeting contractual obligations.
3.3 The Company assures the nondisclosure of sensitive customer information to third parties, except as mandated by law, maintaining a strict policy of privacy protection.
3.4 Users possess comprehensive rights concerning their personal data, including but not limited to access, correction, deletion, and the right to object to data processing. The Company pledges to respect these rights and guarantee data security.
4. Online Presence and Advertising
4.1 The Company engages in online advertising through platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, adhering to GDPR guidelines and ensuring respect for user privacy.
4.2 Users are entitled to manage their data, opt out of direct marketing campaigns, and revoke consent for data processing at any given time.
5. Cookies
5.1 Our website employs cookies to enhance the user experience. Upon their first visit, users will encounter a cookie management system, enabling them to authorize or deny the use of cookies on their device.

6. Payments, Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
6.1 Payments are accepted only in Euros (EUR) directly to the Company in the following ways:

5. Route C may accommodate online payments upon customer request, issuing a payment link associated directly with The Company’s Business Bank Account.

6.2 The Cancellation Policy permits FREE cancellation up to 24 hours before the Pickup Time for all our services, affording flexibility to our customers. This rule applies to all payment methods mentioned above. Cancellations must be submitted exclusively in written form (Email: info@dev-staging.site, WhatsApp: +306989482231).
6.3 If the customer has informed the company at least 24 hours before the Pickup Time, the full amount will be returned to the customer within one week at the latest, and the service will not be invoiced. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the Pickup Time, it is exclusively up to the company’s discretion to decide for full, partial, or no compensation to the customer.
6.4 In instances of flight or ship delays, cancellations, or rescheduling, or acts of force majeure, customers will not face additional charges, provided the company is informed promptly, at least 2 hours before the scheduled Pickup Time. In cases where the flight or ship of the customer has been canceled and the customer for any reason will not travel at all to Crete, the company will return the full amount to the customer no later than a week as long as the company has been informed by the customer at least 2 hours before the scheduled Pickup Time. Late notifications, or failure to notify in cases of no-show, will result in the full charge of the service and no refunds can be claimed.
6.5 The Company, at its discretion, determines the applicability of charges for late cancellations or no-shows on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, discussions with the customer regarding cancellation reasons may lead to partial or full refunds.
6.6 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within one week following the Company’s receipt of a cancellation request via email at info@dev-staging.site or WhatsApp: +306989482231.
6.7 Changes. The customer has the right to change the booking details without any penalty up to 24 hours before the Pickup time by notifying the company either at info@dev-staging.site or through WhatsApp +306989482231. Changes in Pickup & Drop-Off Points can subsequently change the price but always according to the company’s pricing rules. In Private Tours, any last-minute changes can also affect the agreed price but always with prior communication with the Company.
7. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Communication
Upon completion of a booking by the customer, both The Company and the Customer receive a copy of the booking via email. This does not constitute booking confirmation. The Company is obliged to confirm or cancel the booked service within 24 hours from the time of booking and will endeavor to notify the Customer as promptly as possible. Should there be no response from The Company within 24 hours, customers are encouraged to contact via email at info@dev-staging.site or call/WhatsApp at +306989482231. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability in its fleet or that of its partners, up to 24 hours before the first leg of the trip, provided that the booking was made at least 24 hours before the first leg of the trip. In such cases, if a payment has been made to the Company, it is committed to fully compensating the customer within one week.
8. Luggage Information
Customers are responsible for accurately informing The Company about the number of luggage items. In the event of excess luggage that cannot be accommodated, the Driver has the authority to refuse service without a refund or arrange an alternative vehicle at an additional cost.
9. Damages
Customers will be held fully accountable for any damages or contamination to vehicles caused by passengers, covering all restoration costs and lost revenue during the vehicle’s unavailability.
10. Children and Infants
The Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure the safety of child and infant transportation. Specialized baby and child seats are provided free of charge upon request for children up to 12 years of age. To ensure availability, it is essential to request child seats at the time of booking or at least two hours before the scheduled Pickup Time.
11. Pets
Customers wishing to travel with pets must notify The Company at the time of booking. Pet carriers are not provided by The Company and must be supplied by the Customer.
12. Other Terms
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or mandate withdrawal of any participant if deemed a safety risk to the Driver or other passengers. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
The Company strives to provide the vehicle selected at the time of booking but reserves the right to upgrade the vehicle at no additional cost, depending on availability. However, it does not downgrade vehicles. Smoking, as well as the consumption of alcohol and food, are prohibited in all vehicles. Exceptions may be made for meals or snacks during private tours or private transfers lasting over 2 hours.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
