Threaded Connector Nipples allow for a simple connection between two matching female BSP threaded ports. Additionally, they allow for the conversion of a female thread to a male connection where required. Commonly used in water treatment applications to join two threaded ports, such as between two filter housings.

THREADED CONNECTOR NIPPLES

For Connecting BSP Threads

These Threaded Connector Nipples are suitable for a wide range of water treatment uses. This includes where two threads require a connection, such as between two filter housings. Manufactured from durable plastic these fittings boast excellent chemical compatibility, which means they can be used with both RO and de-ionised water as an alternative to metal for their anti-corrosion properties. For liquid applications, it is always recommended to apply PTFE tape to the threaded connections of the nipple to ensure a positive and leak-free seal.

Please note we also stock a range of reducing nipples to connect differing thread sizes (eg; 3/4″ x 1″ BSP)
