For Pure Water Cleaning Applications
The Pure Water Window Cleaning system is a purpose-built multi-stage solution for pure water cleaning applications, measuring 72cm wide, 122cm tall and 42cm deep – suitable for a permeate flow rate of up to 180 litres per hour. This cleverly assembled RO system is an excellent ‘plug-and-go’ option, supplied pre-assembled with a high quality 4040 membrane which boasts a stabilised rejection rate of 98.5% and final DI stage to polish off the remaining TDS down to 0ppm – leaving you with brilliantly pure water for that desirable spotless finish.
How Long Do The Filters Last?
The filter lifespan depends greatly on your water quality and how frequently the system is used. As a guide, we would recommend changing the two pre-filters every 6 months and the RO membrane when you notice an increase in TDS (after the membrane). The DI resin should be changed when the TDS reading after the DI vessel starts to creep up close to the reading before the DI vessel.
Feed Water Parameters
To ensure optimal system performance the following feed water parameters should be met. As with all RO systems the permeate recovery and rejection figures depend on several factors such as feed water quality, temperature and the type of pre-treatment used. If your water hardness is over 100ppm a water softener should be used to prolong the life of the RO membrane.
