These pH Test Strips by Johnsons test papers provide a reliable and portable method for testing the pH of liquid solutions. Especially useful for water treatment pH is a critical measurement that reflects the chemical conditions of a liquid (such as the safety of drinking water). The pH level can control the behaviour of nutrients, chemicals and biological activity in a solution, which is why regular monitoring is essential in many different applications from pool maintenance, to food and beverage. When testing drinking water, regulations specify a pH level between 6.5 and 9.5.
Requiring no liquid preparation these pH test strips are ready to use. Simply hold the strip in the solution until the final colour change is observed, this colour can then be compared to the colour chart on the box for an accurate measurement of pH level.
