Reliable Drain Line Connectors
Our Water Softener Drain Elbows are designed specifically for use with water softeners, where a 90⁰ drain line connection is required. All water softeners utilise four different ports – an inlet, outlet, overflow and a drain. These drain elbows provide a secure, leak-free method of attaching the drain line to a male thread, supplied with sealing washers and a locking nut. Available to suit both 1/2″ or 3/4″ BSP threads, converting to a 12.5mm or 1/2″ hose barb.
Installation Information
When connecting the drain hose to a water softener we suggest the use of a jubilee clip. This will ensure the drain line stays secure with variations in water pressure, vibrations or slight movements.
