Washable Nylon Mesh
Nylon mesh filter bags are popular for industrial, manufacturing, cosmetics and food and beverage applications thanks to their high flow rates, impressive sediment loading capacity and suitability for viscous liquids. Each bag features heavy duty stitched seams and a flanged neck ring with handles, produced from food grade materials to ISO9001 standards. Useful as a pre-filter to a filter cascade or as a stand-alone solution for high flow rate sediment removal – with the ability to be washed and re-used multiple times.
How Long Do These Nylon Bag Filters Last?
Nylon filter bags can be washed and reused multiple times, but should be replaced if damaged. It is recommended to change or thoroughly clean the filter bag at a differential pressure of 1 bar.
How Can I Use These Bag Filters?
For most uses a bag filter housing is recommended. In process applications, it is common for bag filters to be used without a housing by suspending the bag filter over a tank and pouring liquid through, or tying it around the neck of a pipe.
