Pentek Bag Filter Housings (PBH Series) are designed for use with PBH series Pentek bag filters. Bag filtration is widely used in a number of industries for low cost, bulk sediment removal thanks to a high dirt loading capacity compared to traditional cartridge filters. These housings are available in 10″ or 20″ lengths and feature 1.5” BSP female threaded ports – supplied with wrench, support basket, pressure gauge and a 3/8” drain valve in the base. Wall mounting brackets are available for purchase separately if required.

Choosing Product Size

Choose a size based on your flow rate requirements. The PBH-410 (10″) series bag housings are suitable for flow rates up to 50 litres per minute, with the PBH-420 (20″) series suitable for up to 100 litres per minute. We supply a range of Pentek Bag Filters to suit these housings, available in several different micron ratings.

Pentair PBH Series

Bag filters are a popular alternative to cartridge style filters, offering higher flow rates, reduced pressure drop and improved dirt holding capacities for high-volume sediment removal. These Pentek bag filter housings are manufactured from high quality polypropylene, to ensure excellent chemical compatibility and safe use with drinking water. Supplied with several accessories as standard including wrench, pressure gauge, support basket to reinforce the filter bag and drain valve in the base to empty the housing before filter change. Mounting brackets are available to purchase separately if required.

Compatible with our range of PBH series Pentek bag filters (available in micron ratings up to 50 micron).
