Our Blue Filter Cartridge Housings (Regular Diameter) feature a leakproof 3 piece design, with brass threaded BSP ports as standard. Designed for use with regular diameter (2.5″) filter cartridges, each housing comes supplied with spanner, screws and wall bracket ready for an easy installation. Opaque blue filter housings are commonly used over clear versions for limiting UV exposure and preventing the growth of bacteria, making them an excellent choice for unchlorinated water supplies such as boreholes and springs.

Choose a filter housing based on your available space, flow rate and thread size. Each housing is designed to suit regular diameter (2.5″) industry standard filter cartridges, with your choice of length and port size. Flow rate is dependent on the capacity of the installed filter cartridge. BLUE FILTER CARTRIDGE HOUSINGS

High Quality 3 Piece Design

These durable Blue Filter Cartridge Housings are manufactured to NSF/ANSI 42 standards, ensuring they are safe for drinking water applications. Each housing features a 3 piece design consisting of a secure locking collar, head and filter bowl – with a built-in screw threaded pressure relief valve in the head. We offer a range of fittings and adaptors compatible with these filter housings, allowing you to connect them in series or convert the threaded ports to standard pipework sizes such as 15mm or 22mm. The spigot in the head and base of the filter housing allows for secure fitment of double open ended (DOE) cartridges.
